If you would like to get recruiter's attention, your resume needs to be polished and professional. Here are how to write a good resume:
1.Show impact
You should show off information about your past jobs and take a results driven approach to describe your accomplishments and duties. That means including meaningful information about how you benefited a project and the company.You should also use action verbs, give specific examples and quantifiable results to show how you excelled in the position. That will make you different from others.
2.Highlight tech skill
Highlight software skills and technical knowledge. Many jobs will require more advanced tech skills. Using the job description as a guide, discuss your expertise with the software required for the role. Again, certifications and training should be listed. Intelligent candidates would list their levels of proficiency with each of the suite’s applications, as well as any training or certification programs completed.
3.Soft skill
Soft skills are critical to your success. Effective writing and verbal communication, time management, critical thinking, problem solving, creativity abilities are highly prized in today’s workplace.
4.Be Unique
To be unique, you should highlight your talent that makes yourself stand out. Don’t be afraid to mention your outside interests.
